The Enter Invoice Sale screen allows you to override the selected customers delivery address to something other than that on the customers record. This will not over write the customers preferred delivery address but it is recorded for reporting purposes and is used only for this invoice. The Enter Invoice Sale screen must first be selected before the address override button is availible. To override the customer delivery address click on the Override Delivery Address button, this will then open the Override Shipping address Details screen (as shown above).

Enter the Address, City, State, Postcode and click OK to update the details.

The customers address displayed on the Enter Invoice Sale screen will not change, the new address details will however be editable/viewable in the Override Shipping Address Details dialogue untill the invoice is either complete or cleared.

Note: If the sale is suspended the overridden address details will be lost and will have to be reentered again. More information about suspending sales can be found on the Suspending Sales page.
