The Meal Order Module and Meal Order Table Service Module are part of the NBS Amicus Restaurants Editions.
To set the default start-up screen:
The Place an Order screen can be set as the default start-up screen by checking the Load Meal Order Management Screen at Startup option in the Preferences for This Till > Sales tab. Refer to Sales.
To set the touch screen as the default screen:
The Touch Screen screen can be set as the default screen by checking the Enable Touch screen Controls option in the Preferences for This Till > Devices tab. Refer to This Register.
