Glossary Item Box
An Eliza cocktail is a standard cocktail with several food and drink components each of which are measured in grams or ml per serve, each item in that cocktail will consist of a portion of a larger item, i.e. a shot of Vodka is 30ml, there are 20 shots in a 600ml bottle.
Each component in the cocktail is added as a unit. The Unit of Measurement is set to Litre/Milliliter for liquids & Grams/Kilograms for solids such as caster sugar. Add each component as an individual item as a whole not a unit, i.e we add a bottle of soda.
Add the cocktail as a product on its own with no unit or measurement price information.
Each component is added to the cocktail product Component tab where the quantity indicates the units per serve.
