Introduction

The following trouble shooting guides relate to the Devices area.

 

Issue:

'An error occurred while running this report' error message

Solution:

Amicus expects datetime formats to be dd-mm-yyyy, but if your regional settings (found in control panel - regional settings) make the date show in mm-dd-yyyy format, then the report won't run under some circumstances.
