Getting Started

Amicus is ‘Turn-key’ software product, which basically means that the hardware installation, software installation, basic configuration, as well as the importing of product and customer information (where available), should have been completed for you by your dealer prior to hand-over.  Depending on your arrangement with your dealer, you should have also received some instruction on how to use Amicus to fulfil your business requirements.  This section is designed to give you something to refer back to, or to refer new users of your system to, so that they can learn the basics.

This section is broken into two main parts;

·        Learning The System – This area is designed to direct you towards training articles, relevant for your business type.

·        Getting Around – This area is designed to give you basic information on navigating your way around Amicus.

If you have completed reading the relevant parts of this section and still find that you or your staff require more training, then please contact your dealer directly to organise an additional training session or training documentation.  Please note that a fee will usually apply for this service.
