The TIR product structure is significantly different form that of NBS Amicus. NBS Amicus includes conversion procedures to Import TIR databases and process TIR ordering. The Key TIR integration is NBS Amicus adds links for our products structure with theirs, so they are compatible with amicus.
TIR Product Import
Open the Import Product List tool, see Supplier Specific Products for further details, and enter the File Type as Tasmanian Independent Traders.
TIR Ordering
The creation of a TIR supplier order is similar to a general supplier order, however to perform a TIR supplier order, it is recommended that the TIR Import has been processed. The TIR Import will include the TIR supplier information as part of the import.
Click Supplier followed by Add Supplier Order from the file menu. This will open the Add/Edit Supplier Order screen.
From the Add/Edit Supplier Order screen click Lookup Supplier and select Tasmanian Independent Retailer.

With the supplier selected all the product linked to that supplier will now be available to be added to the order. Proceed with the order as normal, Refer to Create & Edit Purchase Orders.
Click the Submit Supplier order to continue. NBS Amicus will connect to the TIR modem and proceed to send the order.
