In the normal course of business, customers may return products for a refund, or may wish to have an entire sale reversed. There may also be times you want to give a customer a credit on an invoice. Amicus allows you to reverse sales and payments (both partially or fully) and also supports the ability for products to be returned. It is generally easier, and causes less confusion for you, your staff and the customer, to reverse an entire sale and then create a new sales invoice with the correct information. However, if you wish to partially reverse a payment or sale then Amicus is able to support this function.
