Click the Submit button to submit the stored snapshot. Due to large numbers of products in databases, the submit action will perform the stocktake calculations based on the snapshot, not the actual database. This reduces the time taken to calculate stock transactions which occur during the time it takes to do the stocktake, i.e. You may perform the stock take for 3 days, during this time several hundred products may have been sold, returned, transferred, etc. The cached snapshot with all its stocktake information will then calculate the changes in stock levels for the duration it took to do the stocktake and submit the results.
