Controls

The View Remote Stock Levels dialogue offers several non compulsory options to filter products including Department, Sub Department, Product Group, Supplier, Manufacturer, Storage Location, Status and Product Code Range. Check Include stock as components to include all stock thats is a component of another in the list.

Select the Site you wish to view and the date of the reported levels.

If you select all sites you can check Break Down Sites to split the total products on a site by site basis and include an additional column for total. Refer below to Display for further details.

Check Now to use the current server time or uncheck and specify a date for when to view product records.

Note: we recommend that you leave this checked and use the current server time as if you specify a date Amicus will need to calculate each individual products stock levels as per the last stocktake on each server at each site you specify. This will take a significant amount of time and will slow the performance of each server depending on the last time you performed a stocktake and how many products are available.

Click Load to list the product stock levels.

Note: this may take a few seconds or several minutes depending on the number of products in your database, the type off internet connection you have implemented and the filters selected. i.e. if you have 50 sites and several million products this may take a while.

Display

The table on the left displays each product available on that site along with the total number of stock. In addition if all sites are selected then each column will list the total number of products of all sites.

Double clicking a products row or a sites cell will populate the table on the right with the that products details including total transactions applied not each individual sites transactions.
