The Service needs to be installed via the command line interface.
Run C:\Users\USERNAME>c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\InstallUtil.exe LOCATION
Where LOCATION is the location of your copy of amicus, i.e. D:\Development\Current\TRUNK\AmicusServices\DataExportationService\bin\Release\DataExportationService.exe
