The Customer Loyalty Points by Month Report allows you to see how many customer loyalty points have been accumulated in a monthly period. This allows you to more easily track the loyalty of your customers. To access the Customer Loyalty Points by Month Report click on Reports on the Main Menu, followed by Customer Reports then Customer Loyalty Points by Month. Alternatively, click on Customers from the Amicus Toolbar followed by Reports, Customer Reports and then Customer Loyalty Points by Month.
There are many options availible to you so that you can filter the results based on your preferences. These options include: Start Date and End Date, Filter by Last Name, Site, Site Group, and Customer Group.
Once you have entered your variables into the filter, click on the Run button (located at the top right hand side of the screen) and this will then produce the Customer Loyalty Points by Month Report based on your filters.
The top of the Customer Loyalty Points by Month Report will show all of the filters that have been used in producing the report. The primary information in this report includes: Customer Number, Customer Name, Loyalty Points. At the bottom of the report there is a Grand Total row which includes the total amount of loyalty points that have accumulated in the month that the report is based on.
