·          Product Management : Products can be easily split between departments, sub-departments, suppliers, manufacturers, product groups, storage locations and accounting categories.  They also allow for serial numbers, component products, additional barcodes/supplier & packing codes as well as a multitude of standard and promotional pricing options.

·         Synchronisation : Price and price changes, viewing stock level information, performance, sales and much more can be controlled and monitored remotely across the entire enterprise, specific groups of sites or individual locations.

·         Customer Management : A detailed customer database can be maintained for accounts, customer based pricing rules, quotes & orders, and loyalty programs.

·         Stock Control : Stock level information and adjustment functions available on site or across multiple locations, stock is easily transferred between sites and/or a central warehouse with all ordering, invoice & movement information recorded and easily retrievable.

·         Customisation Options : Amicus allows you to customise toolbars & keys to access functionality allowing fast access to high-use functions.  With an extremely flexible sale screen that allows you to alter the layout, hide/show controls, add additional products, menu items & categories, functionality and hyperlinks you will be able to build your own fast & accurate sales processing screen, designed with your business in mind.  End users can customise report layouts and functionality and even the main screen allowing for touch friendly and quick access to commonly used functionality.

·         Sales Processing : All basic transaction types are included (cash, cheque, manual credit-card, lay-by and accounts) and you can even build customised payment types to match your specific business needs.  With a simple process for sales & returns, reversals and corrections, you will find it easy to learn, use and navigate through Amicus. Need to split a payment between multiple payment types, or even multiples of the same type?  Not a problem with Amicus.  The sales screen links to a range of peripheral devices such as scanners, scales, printers, card readers and even integrated EFTPOS capabilities, which allow for operators to maximise efficiency and accuracy.

·         Security : With optional user logins you can restrict access by users and user groups to specific functions. Smart cards and other devices can also be used in place of user logins for convenience and added security.

·         Pricing Control : The comprehensive pricing rule options are customisable by customer, product, supplier, department, sub-department, manufacturer, product group, site, date and time. Pricing rules can be simple or complex from a banked discount across all products to a particular rule for a specific customer group at a specific time on a specific product at a specific site.  There are also a number of tools available to assist you in creating these complex rules.

·         Supplier Control : Orders, stock receipts, supplier invoices and payment records are all collected and maintained for simple supplier control.  Supplier information can be uploaded with stock levels easily maintained by a simple ordering process. 

·         Back Office Features :  Amicus integrates with Quickbooks, MYOB and Saasu accounting packages, making your external record keeping processes easier. Customer account management including statements can be easily managed and maintained from within Amicus.
