Glossary Item Box
This report lists all the lay-bys stored in the database. Results can be filtered by the site they were logged from & when they are due.
Click Reports on the Main Menu, followed by Customer Reports then Customer Lay By Aged balance Report option. Alternatively, click Customers on the Toolbar followed by Reports, Customer Reports then Customer Lay By Aged Balance Report option.

Options
Select the balances to list by; Start Date, End Date, Site, if the balance is Overdue Only or Show records that will be overdue in x days from End Date.

Filters
The report display the selected options including; Starting Date, Ending Date, Site, if the result lists All the balances or Overdue Only or Show records that will be overdue in x days from End Date.
Details
The details listed in the report include the transactions Date, Customer, Customer No., Days Since the lay-by was created, Total Amount due, Amount Received, Amount Owing.
