Adding an Access group box to a layout

You can add an Access group box that allows a user to make access to contacts public, private, or allows a user to specify which users and teams can access the contact.

To add an Access group box to a contact layout

  1. Open a contact layout in the Layout Designer window.

  2. From the Toolbox, click Field, and then click Access.

  3. Position the cross-hair pointer where you want to insert the box, and then drag it to define the box's size.

The Contact Access group box appears on the layout.
