Enabling activity conflict checking

Activity conflict checking notifies you if an existing activity conflicts with a new activity you are scheduling.

To enable activity conflict checking

  1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

  2. Click the Calendar & Scheduling tab, and then click the Scheduling Preferences button.

The Scheduling Preferences dialog box opens. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Select Enable activity conflict checking, and then click OK.
