Editing documents from the Documents tab

You can modify Documents tab files associated with a contact, group, or company record without leaving ACT! Premium for Web Server.

You can only edit a Documents tab file if it was created using an application that is currently installed on your system.

To edit a document in a contact, group, or company record

  1. Click the Documents tab.

  2. Select the document you want to change, and then click Edit Document.

ACT! Premium for Web Server opens the document and the application that was used to create it.

  1. Modify the document, and then save and close it.
