Resetting the Subscription List
At some point, you may need to reset the Subscription List for a Sync Set back to its original contact records. This will cause the Sync Set to only include those contact records meeting the criteria of the Sync Set definition.
To reset the Subscription List
From the Tools menu, click Synchronization Panel.
In the User Tasks box, click Manage Subscription List.
Select the Sync Set you want to reset, and then click Next.
The Manage Subscription List screen appears.
In the Subscription Tasks box, click Reset subscription list, and then click Yes to confirm your selection.
The Subscription List is replaced by the original Sync Set, as defined by the Administrator user.
