Creating teams

To create a team

  1. From the Tools menu, click Manage Teams.

  1. In the Team Tasks box, click Create Team.

  2. Follow the instructions on the screen, clicking Next to advance. Press F1 for more help.

  3. Click Finish when done.

You can create "empty" Teams. The Team name is the only required  field.

To add a member to a Team

  1. From the Enter Team Information screen, you can add a single or multiple members.

  • To add one or more Team members, select a user in the Available users list, and then click the right arrow to add the user to the Include these users in team list.

  • To add all available users to the Team, click the double-right arrow button.

  1. Click Finish.
