Creating a lookup from an opportunity pipeline

To create a lookup from an opportunity pipeline

1. Create an opportunity pipeline.

2. While viewing the graph in the Opportunity Pipeline dialog box, click Lookup.

The Lookup Stage dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

3. To create a lookup for all of the stages in the opportunity, select All stages.

To select the stages you want to use in an opportunity lookup, select Selected stages, and then select the stages from the list. For information about selecting multiple items, see Selecting more than one name or item.

You can click a colored band on the pipeline to view a lookup of the opportunities represented by the colored band.
