Setting Quick Print preferences

Quick Print preferences allow you to choose the content and layout of printouts.

To set Quick Print preferences

1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences, and then click the Communication tab.

2. Click Quick Print Preferences to specify header and footer settings. For field definitions, press F1.

3. Click OK.
