Turning on Snap to Grid in report templates or layouts
Snap to grid makes it easy to align objects by positioning them on specific gridlines in a template or layout.
To turn on or off snap to grid in a report template
The report appears in the Report Designer.
From the View menu, click Snap to Grid. To undo the command, click the command again.
To turn on or off snap to grid in the Layout Designer
From the Format menu, point to Grid, and then click Snap to Grid. To undo the command, click the command again.
