About calendars

Calendars display all of your activities and to-do items for a day, a work week, a full week, or a month. You can set the days of your work week and specify your work schedule, such as a four day work week - Monday through Thursday from 7AM to 4PM.   

Calendars allow you to view all of your activities and tasks and the public activities and tasks for other users. You can grant access to other users to schedule activities on your behalf, and other users can give you scheduling access so you can schedule activities on their behalf. The number of scheduled activities appears in the status bar of each calendar. If you use Outlook calendar sync, you can also view Microsoft Outlook activities.

From the calendar, you can edit, clear, print, and filter existing activities, or you can schedule new activities.
