Loading and saving map files

You can load a predefined map file included with ACT! Premium for Web Server, or you can load a custom map file you created. You can also create and save a custom map file. See Mapping fields for more information.

To load a map file

1. In the Contact Map, Group Map, or Company Map screen, click Load Map.

2. In the Load Map File dialog box, locate the map file, and then click Open.

To save a custom map file

1. In the Contact Map, Group Map, or Company Map screen, follow the instructions to map fields manually when importing, and then click Save Map.

2. In the Open dialog box, select a folder in which to save the map, type a File name, and then click Save.
