Creating separate activities for each contact

You can schedule an activity with multiple contacts without having the contacts share the activity; each contact will have a separate activity associated with his/her contact record.    

To create a separate activity for each contact

  1. Schedule an activity. While in the Schedule Activity dialog box, click the Options menu.

  2. Select Create separate activity for each contact, and then click OK.
