You can change the Location property in the Layout Designer.

In the field to the right of Location, type a number representing the X and Y axis where you want to place the control. Separate the numbers with a comma.
or
Click the plus (+) sign next to Location to display the X and Y fields, and then type the number representing the location of the control on the form's X and Y axis.
