Editing activity types

You cannot edit a Call, Meeting, or To-do activity type.

To edit an activity type

  1. From the Schedule menu, point to Manage, and then click Activity Types.

The Manage Activity Types dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Select the activity type you want to edit, and then click the Edit button.

The Edit Activity Type dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.

  1. Edit the activity type by editing the name, assigning an icon, or modifying the result types. For more information about result types, see Adding a custom activity type and result type.
