Updating the salutation field

You can update the salutation field to match the current default salutation setting. See Setting the default salutation preference.

To update the salutation field

1. From the Tools menu, click Update Salutation Field.

2. In the Update Salutation Field dialog box, select one of the options. For field definitions, press F1.
