Finding contacts with scheduled activities
As you view a calendar or Task List, you might want to find the contacts with whom you have scheduled activities.
From the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly calendar, you can create a lookup of all contacts who appear on your current schedule.
From the Task List, you can create a lookup of all contacts associated with selected activities, select an activity, and display that contact’s record in the Contact window.
To find contacts with scheduled activities
Select an activity on a calendar, or select one or more activities on the Task List.
Right-click, and then click Create Lookup.
The contacts with whom you have scheduled activities appear in the Contact window.
