Displaying maps for contacts

You can display a map for a contact's address by using the Display Map tool or by using the Internet Links MapQuest Maps command.

To display a map for a contact using the Display Map tool

  • From the Contact Detail window, click the Display Map tool.

MapQuest displays a street map according to the contact's address in the detail window.

To display a map for a contact using the MapQuest Maps command

  1. From the View menu, point to Internet Services, point to Internet Links, and then click MapQuest Maps.

  2. In the Contact field, you can keep the default information or select a contact from the list. For field definitions, press F1.

The Address information is populated according to the selected contact.

  1. To map a different address, in the Address field, select an address from the list or type new information in the Street, City, State, and Zip Code fields.

  2. Click Map It!.

The MapQuest Web page opens with a street map for the address.

  1. To save this information to the contact's History tab, from the browser's Tools menu, click Attach Web page to ACT! contact.
