Filtering activities in calendars

You can use filter options with your calendars to narrow the activities that display on the calendar view. You can narrow the activities based on activity type, priority, or user; you can hide the filters so that they do not display on the calendar view. Filter settings apply to all calendars until you change them.

If filters are hidden, you will see the Show Filters button above the calendar. Click Show Filters to display the filter options. If the filters are shown, you can hide them by clicking the Hide Filters button.

To filter activities on your calendars

  1. On the navigation bar, click Calendar.

  2. If filters are hidden, click Show Filters.

  3. In the Types list, select the check boxes for the activity types you want to display.

  4. In the Priorities list, select the check boxes for the priorities you want to display.

  5. (Optional) To display activities for specific users, click the Select Users button, select the contacts whose activities you want to view, and then click OK.

  6. (Optional) To display cleared or private activities, click Options, and then select Show Private or Show Cleared.

Even though you can set filters to Show Private and Show Cleared, you can only select one item at a time. To select the second item, click the Options button again, and then select the option.

Selecting Show Private includes your private activities on the list. You cannot view the private activities of other users.
