Narrowing, adding to, or replacing a lookup

To narrow a lookup

  1. From the Lookup menu, choose a contact, groups, companies, or opportunities command.

  2. Complete the necessary fields in the Lookup dialog box.

  3. In the For the current lookup area, select Narrow Lookup from the drop-down list, and then click OK.

For field definitions click F1.

To add to a lookup

  1. From the Lookup menu, choose a contact, groups, companies, or opportunities command.

  2. Complete the necessary fields in the Lookup dialog box.

  3. In the For the current lookup area, select Add to Lookup from the drop-down list, and then click OK.

To replace a lookup

  1. From the Lookup menu, choose a contact, groups, companies, or opportunities command.

  2. Complete the necessary fields in the Lookup dialog box.

  3. In the For the current lookup area, select Replace Lookup from the drop-down list, and then click OK.
