Scheduling activities for different time zones

Previous versions of ACT! did not adjust activities according to time zone changes (such as Daylight Savings Time). The latest version has been modified so that when you schedule an activity with someone in a different time zone, ACT! will adjust the time accordingly for that individual. For example, if you are in Arizona and schedule a meeting for 10am with someone in California, the meeting will be scheduled at 9am for the contact in California. When Daylight Savings Time changes, the information is automatically updated.

You can set up your time zone from the Control Panel in the Date/Time Properties dialog box. For more information, see the Microsoft Windows online help.
