Printing documents
To print a document
If necessary, open the document that you want to print.
The document appears in the word processor.
On the toolbar, click the Print button.
The Create History dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.
To create a history for the document, select Yes, record history, type a subject in the Regarding field, and, if you want to attach the document to history, select Attach document to history.
or
To skip creating history, select No, do not record history.
Click OK.
