Looking up groups

To look up groups

1. From the Lookup menu, click Groups, and then point to one of the groups subcommands. For more information about the groups commands and the search results, see Commands in the Lookup menu.  

If you select All Groups, the results immediately appear in the Group List window. You do not need the remaining steps.

2. In the Look in this field box, from the list, select the field on which to search.

The list shows all group fields that you can search in the database.

3. In the Search For box, type the word to search for or select a word from the list.  

4. In the For the current lookup area, select the Replace Lookup option, and then click OK.

The Group List displays the search results. If only one group is found, the Group Detail window appears.
