Creating documents for a single contact

To write a letter, memo, or fax cover page to a single contact

  1. Display a contact in the Contact Detail window. For information on locating a specific contact, see Looking up contacts.

  2. From the Write menu, click Letter, Memo, or Fax Cover Page to compose the letter using a default template.

To select a different template, from the Write menu, click Other Document, and then select a template. For more information, see Selecting a document template.

  1. Type the body of the document, and then save it.

  2. (Optional) Print, fax, or e-mail the document.
