Displaying information about activities

To display basic information about an activity

• Using your mouse, hold the pointer over an activity in your calendar.

Basic activity details appear and indicate whether the activity is recurring, has an alarm, or is private. Ellipses (...) indicate the activity has more details than those that display in the calendar pop-up.

You can disable calendar pop-ups from the Calendar Preferences dialog box. For more information, see Setting preferences for calendars.
