Sharing databases
Sometimes users find it useful to share database information with one another. This is particularly true for teams, where users may be called upon to share the responsibility for certain contacts, companies, meetings, and tasks. Sharing a database is also useful because it allows multiple users to access the same product and services information such as the current pricing structure, volume discount details, and competitor profiles.
To share the current database with other users on your network
From the Tools menu, point to Database Maintenance, and then click Share Database.
A confirmation message appears. Click OK to confirm.
