Assigning icons to activity types
When you create a custom activity type, you can assign an icon to represent the activity type on the calendar. Icon files have a file extension of .ico. You cannot modify the icons for the Call, Meeting, or To-do activity types.
To assign an icon to an activity type
From the Schedule menu, point to Manage, and then click Activity Types.
The Manage Activity Types dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.
Select the activity type you want to assign an icon to, and then click Edit.
The Edit Activity Type dialog box appears. For field definitions, press F1.
Click the Browse button, and then locate and open the icon.
Click OK.
