Viewing the Sync Set query

When adding records to a Sync Set via the Subscription List, you can view the query criteria for the existing Sync Set.

If the Sync Set was created using all contact records instead of selecting criteria for the Sync Set, then no query information will appear.

To view the Sync Set query

  1. From the Tools menu, click Synchronization Panel.

  1. In the User Tasks box, click Manage Subscription List.

  1. In the Subscription Tasks box, click View Sync Set Query.

The query criteria of Field Type, Field Name, Operator, Value and And/Or settings appears.

  1. When you are finished, click Home to return to the Synchronization Panel.
