Filtering opportunities from the Opportunity List

To filter opportunities from the Opportunity List

  1. From the navigation bar, click Opportunity List.

The filter options are located at the top of the Opportunity List window. As you change filter options, the Opportunity List changes to include the options you selected.

  1. In the Dates list, select a date option.

  2. In the Status list, select the check box for the opportunity status you want to display.

  3. In the Process/Stage box, select the process and the stage you want to display.

  4. Select the Probability option, and, if necessary, type the percent you want to use as the probability filter.

  5. Select the Total option, and, if necessary, type the amount you want to use as the probability filter.

  6. To display the public opportunities for specific users, click the Select Users button, select the contacts whose opportunities you want to view, and then click OK.

  7. To display your private opportunities, click the Options menu, and then select Show Private.

Selecting Show Private displays your private opportunities only.

To filter opportunities using the Filter Opportunities dialog box

  1. From the navigation bar, click Opportunity List.

  2. Right-click and select Filter Opportunities from the shortcut menu.

  3. In the Dates list, select a date option.

  4. In the Status list, select the check boxes for the opportunity status you want to display.

  5. Select the options to filter by Process and Stage.

  6. Select the options to filter by Probability and Total.

  7. Select the Users option, and if necessary, select the users from the list.

  8. Select Show Private if you want to show private opportunities. For field definitions, press F1.

Selecting Show Private displays your private opportunities only.

To reset your filters

  • From the Opportunity List, click Reset.

  • From the Filter Opportunities dialog box, click Reset.
