Sending e-mail messages to ACT! contacts using Outlook

To use this feature, you must have added an ACT! address book to Outlook.

To send an e-mail message to an ACT! contact using Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook, and then click New.

  1. In the Untitled - Message window, click the To button.

  1. In the Select Names dialog box, do the following:

  1. In the Show Names from the list, select the ACT! Address Book that contains the contact.

  2. In the Name list, select one or more contacts from the list, and click To, Cc, or Bcc, and then click OK.

  1. Compose and send the message.
