Attaching Web pages to contacts

To attach a Web page to a contact

  1. Open the Web page you want to attach.

  2. From the browser's Tools menu, click Attach Web page to ACT! contact.

  3. In the Attach Web page to the following Contacts dialog box, in the Contacts to select from list, select one or more contacts, and then click the right arrow to move the contact names into the Selected Contacts list.

  4. Click OK.

The details of the attached Web page display on the History tab for the selected contact(s). You can double-click the item to open the Edit History dialog box, and then click the link in the Attachment field to open the Web page.
