Duplicating contact records

To create a duplicate contact

  1. From the Contacts menu, click Duplicate Contact.

  2. From the Duplicate Contact dialog box, select the Duplicate data from primary fields option or the Duplicate data from all fields option, and then click OK. Press F1 for more information.

A new contact record appears, including the information copied from the original contact record.
