Setting the option to allow/disallow history editing

If you are a user with an Administrator or Manager role, you can set an option to allow or disallow the ability to edit history items.

To set the option to allow/disallow history editing

1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

2. On the General tab, in the General preferences box, do one of the following:

3. To allow editing of history items, select Allow history editing.

4. To disallow editing of history items, clear Allow history editing.

3. Click Apply.
