Filtering activities in the Task List
About the Task List
The Task List displays any combination of calls, meetings, to-do items, and custom activities for a specified period of time. You can filter and sort the list to display only the activities you want to see or print, in the order you prefer. If you are sharing a database, you can also filter the Task List to display other users' activities.
The number of scheduled activities, based on the filters applied and for the time specified, appears in the status bar.
From the Task List, you can create a contact lookup; schedule, reschedule, and clear activities; and view activity details. You can also customize the look of the Task List by changing the font colors and styles and by adding, deleting, or rearranging columns.
