Troubleshooting - Verifying ACT! 7 add-in for Outlook integration
If you are experiencing problems with ACT! Outlook integration, you can verify that the ACT! add-in has been installed in Outlook.
To verify ACT! add-in for Outlook integration
Open Outlook, and from the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Other tab, and in the General area, click Advanced Options.
In the Advanced Options dialog box, click the Add-In Manager button.
You should see ACT! 7 Extensions in the list and it should be selected.
Click OK to close all the dialog boxes.
