About your signature text

Your signature text usually appears at the end of an outgoing e-mail message. A signature text can include text, such as your name, company name or title, address, telephone number, your e-mail address, and other information. You can create custom signature texts to be used for different types of e-mail messages.

When you write an e-mail message, you can automatically include your signature text when you set up the system to use with ACT; you can manually insert your signature text; or you can modify the emailbody.tpl template to include it.
