Showing grid lines for lists, tabs, and calendars

You can set the grid lines for lists, tabs, and calendars. For more information about selecting multiple items, see Selecting more than one name or item.

To show grid lines

  1. From the Tools menu, click Preferences.

  2. On the Colors & Fonts tab, select an item to customize from the Customize list.

  3. Select Show grid lines.

  4. To set grid lines for another view, select the item from the Customize list, and repeat step 3.
