Accessing contact records from the Task List or calendars

As you view a calendar or Task List, you might want to find the contacts with whom you have scheduled activities and who you have access to. To view the contacts, do one of the following:

  • From the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly calendar, you can create a lookup of all contacts who appear on your current schedule.

  • From the Task List, you can create a lookup of all contacts associated with selected activities, select an activity, and display that contact’s record in the Contact window.

To access a contact record from the Task List

  1. From the navigation bar, click Task List.

  2. From the Scheduled With column, click the name of the contact you want to view.

From the Task List, click the contact's name from the Scheduled With column to access either a contact record (if the task is scheduled with a single contact) or a lookup of contacts (if the task is scheduled with multiple contacts).

To access a contact from a calendar

  1. From a calendar, select the activity of the contact you want to view.

  2. Right-click and choose Go to Contact from the shortcut menu.
