Marking messages as read or unread

To mark a message as read

  1. From the ACT! E-mail window, select an e-mail message in the list.

  2. From the Edit menu, click Mark as Read.

If the Preview Pane is open and you set the time for the Mark e-mail as read in preview pane preference on the E-mail tab, the unread message will be marked as Read after the time duration passes.

 

To mark a message as unread

  1. From the ACT! E-mail window, select an e-mail message in the list.

  2. From the Edit menu, click Mark as Unread.
